1. Overview

At Coldhearted, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. Because many of our items are custom-made or produced per order, we maintain the following refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Custom & Personalized Orders

Due to the nature of custom and personalized products:

• All custom orders are final sale

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges once production has started

• Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design details before final confirmation

If an error occurs on our end (wrong item, incorrect print, production defect), we will gladly correct the issue.

3. Non-Custom Products (If Applicable)

For non-custom items:

• Refund requests must be made within [7–14 days] of delivery

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos of the issue

• Include your order number

If approved, we may:

• Offer a replacement

• Provide a store credit

• Issue a refund (if replacement is not possible)

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within [24 hours] of purchase, provided production has not begun.

Once production starts, cancellation is no longer possible.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within [5–10 business days].

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer

• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

• Minor color variations due to screen display differences
