• No Returns on Custom Goods: Once production begins (usually immediately after ordering or within 1–24 hours), orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

• Exceptions for Business Errors: Returns or free reprints are generally only allowed if the error is on the part of the manufacturer, such as:

  • Manufacturing defects (printing, material, or color defects).

  • Significant print quality issues (e.g., blurry images).

  • Adhesion failures (if manufacturer instructions were followed).

  • Incorrect item, size, or design provided compared to the approved proof.

• Proof Required: Customers must provide photo or video evidence of defects, usually within 24 hours to 72 hours of delivery.

• Defective Items Often Not Returned: For custom prints, many companies do not require the defective apparel to be shipped back; they instead issue a reprint based on photo evidence.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or heat-pressed.

  • Items where the design was approved but the customer did not like the result.

  • Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork submitted by the customer.

Common Timeframes and Policies:

• Reporting Damages: 3 days to 14 days from receipt.

• Cancellation Window: Often very short, typically 1 to 24 hours after order placement.

• Restocking Fees: If a return is allowed (usually for blank items), a 15%–20% restocking fee may apply.

Policy for Custom DTF Transfers (Not Apparel):

Similar to apparel, custom transfers (gang sheets) non-refundable. If they arrive damaged, they are typically replaced, but not refunded, within a short window, often 24 hours.
