CHT Return & Refund Policy
No Returns on Custom Goods: Once production begins (usually immediately after ordering or within 1–24 hours), orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
Exceptions for Business Errors: Returns or free reprints are generally only allowed if the error is on the part of the manufacturer, such as:
Manufacturing defects (printing, material, or color defects).
Significant print quality issues (e.g., blurry images).
Adhesion failures (if manufacturer instructions were followed).
Incorrect item, size, or design provided compared to the approved proof.
Proof Required: Customers must provide photo or video evidence of defects, usually within 24 hours to 72 hours of delivery.
Defective Items Often Not Returned: For custom prints, many companies do not require the defective apparel to be shipped back; they instead issue a reprint based on photo evidence.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items that have been worn, washed, or heat-pressed.
Items where the design was approved but the customer did not like the result.
Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork submitted by the customer.
Common Timeframes and Policies:
Reporting Damages: 3 days to 14 days from receipt.
Cancellation Window: Often very short, typically 1 to 24 hours after order placement.
Restocking Fees: If a return is allowed (usually for blank items), a 15%–20% restocking fee may apply.
Policy for Custom DTF Transfers (Not Apparel):
Similar to apparel, custom transfers (gang sheets) non-refundable. If they arrive damaged, they are typically replaced, but not refunded, within a short window, often 24 hours.
